Do your crystals have medical or supernatural healing properties?
No. Crystals Healing UK explicitly rejects medical and supernatural claims. Our stones are sold as jewellery, skincare tools and decorative pieces. They do not treat, cure or prevent illness, and they are not a substitute for medical care.
Are your crystals authentic?
Yes. We source natural stones from established suppliers and describe each item with clear material details and accurate photography. Where an item is man-made glass rather than a mineral, such as Opalite, we say so in the product title and in the description.
Where are your products made?
Our crystal jewellery is handmade to order in London using natural stones. Every order is hand-selected and packaged in the UK, and each product page specifies the materials and finishes for that item.
How are your gemstone stretch bracelets made?
By hand, to order, using genuine 6mm and 8mm polished stone beads strung on high-durability elastic cord, finished with natural shell or wood slice spacers.
How do I clean and care for my crystals?
For most pieces a wipe with a soft dry cloth is enough. Avoid soaking porous or water-sensitive stones such as selenite, keep colour-sensitive stones out of prolonged direct sunlight, and take jewellery off before showering or swimming. See which stones can go in water.
