Measure your wrist with a soft tape (or paper strip) just below the wrist bone.

Wrap a soft tape measure around your neck, parallel to the floor.
Add 2–4" (5–10 cm) for comfort when choosing your chain length.
For a choker fit, use your exact measurement or add 1–2 cm for comfort.
If the size you need isn’t available, select the next size up (e.g. 17" neck → 20" chain).

Our Natural Lava Rock Diffuser come in a variety of essential oil scents to provide you with a relaxing and calming experience. The Anxiety scent includes: Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, and Lavender.

Here are the instructions for use:

Squeeze the rubber end of the dropper using your thumb and forefinger to remove excess air.
Place the dropper into the bottle and release the rubber end.
The fragrance will fill the dropper.
Squeeze the dropper and pour the fragrance onto the rocks. Repeat until the rocks are saturated.
Pour the rocks from the organza bag into the jar and enjoy the wonderful scent experience.
When the scent begins to fade, repeat the process.
